I don't know if you've noticed, but I’ve been cranking out a ton of content recently and have more plans for this year: podcasts, blog posts, my weekly newsletter, tons of social posts, my new freebies page and more... ;)
There's a lot of writing and typing happening here on Team DeBaun & Co (WorkSmart, Growth Notebook and M Roze Essentials) and it's time we grow our little lady squad to get more help, so we can continue creating the best free content on the internet for entrepreneurs and small business owners who want to WorkSmart.
You'll be: helping us brainstorm and write content for the blog/IG, outline podcast shows, research potential guests, organize the weekly email, and strategize the overall content process of the WorkSmart and Growth brand.
We want someone with editorial experience, (bonus points if you know conversion copywriting) and this position will start as an hourly contracted position with room to move towards a full-size salaried position on the team.
Pay based on experience. We anticipate this position being about 10-15 hours/week to begin.
